First, I was hoping for a new album to be released soon, well that was answered when his new album is due to hit stores November 23. Second, I have always wanted Jimmy to record "Sara Smile" after the first time I heard him sing it live. Well this one gets a double check not only did he record it, but it is the name of his new album. Nashville Country Music Examiner — About 100 people turned out to give country singer Jimmy Wayne a big send-off earlier this week as he began his walk from Nashville to Phoenix, Ariz., in the name of heightening awareness about the nation's homeless. After a private meeting on New Year's Day with residents of Monroe Harding , a Nashville-based foster care group home, Wayne kicked off his Meet Me Halfway project with about 75 people joining him on the first mile of his walk that is expected to take him halfway across the country to raise awareness of homeless children, teens and young adults who age out of the foster care system.
